1. Who Makes This Offer
The services described on FreeAuthority.com are provided by QP Trucking Solutions, a private company. Trucking Authority University is our free education program. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of USDOT, FMCSA, the IRS, or any government agency. You may file documents directly with the relevant agencies yourself.
2. The Offer
Education — lessons, guides and readiness checks — is free. When you engage QP Trucking Solutions for filing assistance, QP processing fees apply as published on our pricing schedule. The discounted tier applies to QP factoring or insurance clients. Circle Network pricing requires factoring plus a preferred insurance vendor. Offer details are subject to a signed agreement before any service is performed.
3. Government Fees Are Separate
All government fees — charged by FMCSA, the IRS, state agencies and other authorities — are separate from QP processing fees and must be paid for your filings to be processed by those agencies. The QP fees on our schedule cover preparation and management of your paperwork only.
4. One-Time and Recurring Services
Some services on the schedule are one-time (for example, LLC setup or a BOC-3 filing); others recur (for example, UCR registration is annual, the MCS-150 update is required every two years, and IFTA renews on its own cycle). The Frequency column on the pricing page identifies each. You are responsible for renewals of services you choose to maintain.
5. Not Every Service Is Required
The services on our schedule are not all required for every carrier. What applies to you depends on your operation — for example, where and what you haul, your vehicle weight, and whether you operate interstate. Your free consultation determines what you actually need, and Circle Network membership does not cover third-party costs such as insurance premiums, vehicle costs, or government fees.
6. Pricing Items Being Confirmed
Circle Network pricing for new authority applications is currently being confirmed and is not published as part of this offer — ask your representative. IRP renewal pricing is also not published at this time. Where this site says "confirm with rep," no discounted or free pricing is promised for that item.
7. How Services Begin
Submitting the inquiry form does not create an engagement or obligate you to purchase anything. Services begin only after a signed agreement and payment, or an approved fee waiver, are in place — never through this website alone.
8. Changes to This Offer
We may update the published schedule and these terms from time to time. The terms in your signed agreement govern any service you purchase. If something on this site and your agreement ever disagree, tell us — we'll honor the agreement.
